Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://jhandyllc.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Services. J.Handy LLC provides Drywall Installation, Drywall Repair, Residential Power Washing, Driveway Cleaning, Patio Cleaning, Deck Cleaning, Sink Installation and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://jhandyllc.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of J.Handy LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. J.Handy LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, J.Handy LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify J.Handy LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. MD law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of MD, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
